KFC hijacks Canadian Grand Prix

KFC Canada has mastered the art of standing out without shouting. Their “KFChicanes” campaign cleverly transforms the brand’s iconic bucket into stylized versions of famous Formula 1 circuit turns, including the Senna Curve and the Wall of Champions.

Created by Courage Inc., the campaign leverages a shared visual language — the bucket’s stripes and F1’s red-and-white chicanes — turning race tracks into instantly recognizable brand moments. The placements around the circuit and nationwide sidestep typical loud branding, instead delivering a clever, ownable creative insight.

It’s a fresh lesson in how to cut through clutter with smart, culturally attuned design that respects and amplifies the event’s atmosphere.
