Documentary: We were a little late getting round to watching this one and it didn’t disappoint. Certainly one for the cycling enthusiasts. Netflix’s Mark Cavendish: Never Enough, gives a fantastic and unique insight into charting the rise, fall and resurrection of one of cycling’s all time greats.
Exhibition: If you’re out and about or visiting London with the kids this weekend, we recommend heading over to the Young V&A and checking out their exciting and atmospheric trip Japanese history, Japan: Manga to Myths exhibition.
Book: Manuals 2 Design & Identity Guidelines is a carefully-curated collection of 20th-century style guides, packed with reproductions of 20 design manuals created for US and European institutions and corporations. Including IBM, Westinghouse, Canadian National Railway (CN), Bell System and much much more. This one’s a must for the bookshelves of the established and any budding designer.
Podcast: We’re big fans of the High Performance podcasts and their latest episode 213 featuring Will Still is a must watch/listen. At the age of 30 Will is currently the youngest manager in Europe’s top 5 football leagues, but what’s mega about this podcast is his journey to success. We’re not ones for spoilers so we’ll leave this one here and let you watch/listen for yourselves.
