Exhibition: The British Textile Biennial throws a spotlight on the nation’s creativity, innovation and expression in textiles against the backdrop of the impressive  infrastructure of the cotton industry in Pennine Lancashire. Head over to their website via the highlighted link to check out the program and locations.

Challenge: Fancy a weekend challenge? Ok so this one’s taking place next weekend Saturday 14th. But seeing as you need to register we thought we’d give you some notice. The Lakeland Trails Helvellyn features a variety of trail runs from 5k up to 15k and is suitable for everyone. So, who’s lacing up those running shoes?

Film: An oldie but a goldie. Macaframa is a must watch for cycling enthusiasts. If you ride fixed gear you’ll know just how insane some of the riding is in this gem of a cycling film. Aside from some insane riding it packs a sweet soundtrack too. Sadly we can’t upload the full film here 👎 So check out this CRAZY hill bomb then hit the link to watch the film in full 👉 LINK

Space: Built way back in 1966 by Álvaro Siza Vieira, Leça Swimming Pool complex in Leça da Palmeira is a sight to behold. A perfect example of design and nature combining to create a mega space. Who’s up for a dip?
